WHW 1942 Deutsche Baudenkmaler glass token. The street collection drive in September 1942 offered pressed glass token representations of famous monuments or Baudenkmaler throughout the Third Reich area. There were 16 different designs, and people could also purchase the entire set housed in a cardboard box. The glass tokens were made in a variety of different colors.  This example shows the Marienburg castle.  These “glassies” are usually chipped, but this one is almost perfect. Condition I
